Thilo Ittner assumes the direction of Technology and Operations at d&b

The group d&b appoints Thilo Ittner director of technology and operations (CTOO). With effect from 1 January 2026, From this position he will promote the technological strategy and operations of d&b, turning innovation into market success and strengthening the company's position as a global leader in professional audio.

Thilo Ittner will oversee technology, product management, R&D and operations, shaping the long-term roadmap that anticipates customer needs and market evolution. Your efforts will drive key innovation fields, like the speaker designs of the future, immersive audio, AI-based solutions, Improving cloud-enabled networks and platforms, as well as the continuous optimization of operations and product delivery of d&b.

Ittner se a a d&b with extensive executive experience in technology-driven industries. More recently, as general director and technical director of Elobau, led technology, comprehensive operations and strategy, achieving profitable growth and strong improvements in value for money. Previously, He held technological leadership positions in Voith, overseeing product strategy and successful new product launches, while driving organizational transformation.

On the other hand, Ittner also brings his experience in strategy and conceptual design from his time at McKinsey, where he specialized in improving product development and lean manufacturing for the automotive and assembly sector. Career highlights include scaling R&D organizations, the implementation of advanced development processes and the introduction of methods based on artificial intelligence for the control of complex production.
