Founded in 1983, The Pioneers Palace is one of the emblematic historical and cultural venues of Almaty, famous for its distinctive architectural design and the wide range of extracurricular activities it offers. After three decades of continuous operation, It was time to carry out a major renovation and modernization. During the last ten years, All the palace facilities have been progressively reviewed and updated, including main conference room.

Arec LS-860NFor the latest remodeling, the Stepline integrator has had Arec devices for the capture, the processing, video recording and streaming, complemented by audio products from other leading brands. The core of this solution has been LS-860, a four-channel Media Station capable of recording and streaming mixed video from up to four sources, like cameras, computers and other HDMI or network devices. The station can record these fonts together in customizable layouts with user-uploaded overlays and backgrounds, while recording each source individually at the same time.

Recorded videos can be saved directly to the hard drive of 2 TB integrated into the station, as well as on USB and NAS devices. In addition to recording, the LS-860 can simultaneously transmit to two RTMP platforms, like YouTube and Facebook, and supports other very useful functions, such as recording audio from individual channels, SRT transmission, transition effects and much more.

In the palace conference room, AREC's LS-860 mixes video from four network cameras Arec CI-22H PTZ. These cameras adapt perfectly to any conference environment thanks to their powerful 20x optical zoom, its support for 1080p60 resolution and its flexible connectivity. Offer simultaneous video output through HDMI interfaces, USB and network. in the room, cameras are controlled via VISCA using the BXB C901 system, which automatically directs them to the active speakers using BXB microphones.

The microphones, The preamp mixer and amplifier make up the audio capture and processing part of the installed solution. These devices are connected to both the AREC LS-860 for audio recording and the speakers for local sound output.. Speaker columns minimize echo and feedback effects, ensuring clear, balanced audio throughout the venue.

The combined audio and video output of the Arec LS-860 is converts from HDMI to USB using an A-BR02 HDMI-to-USB Bridge. This device transforms the HDMI input into a USB webcam and microphone signal for conferencing and other applications. The bridge is a plug-and-play solution that requires no additional software or drivers. Supports up to 2160p30 video output, includes an HDMI loop-out output for mirroring content to a display or projector, and has a line input 3,5 mm to add an external audio voiceover. In the conference room, The A-BR02 HDMI-to-USB Bridge ensures that remote participants can see and hear all meeting attendees joining from the palace.
