Epson provides high-brightness projection to the immersive experience of Grupo Oleícola Jaén
This historic space of Spanish olive culture has converted its industrial facilities into an immersive and sensory environment, which is configured with high luminosity projectors of Epson, surround sound and interactive content, composed of Imandra.
The Oil Mill Jaén Olive Oil Group has established itself as an emblematic reference of olive culture and regional gastronomy, which is now projected as a living laboratory of audiovisual innovation with the immersive experience AOVEland.
Thanks to the installation of high brightness Epson projectors and to the Technological integration and Av of Imandra, This historic space has been transformed to offer a immersive experience that converts its industrial facilities into unique sensory environments.
This innovative project merges tradition and avant-garde to invite visitors and professionals to tour the complete cycle of the production chain, from the arrival of the raw material to the final sensory experience, through powerful projections, surround sound and interactive content.
The use of high luminosity projections responds to the need to shine in environments with variable lighting, typical of a renovated industrial space, what allows cover large surfaces, as interior facades, warehouse walls and packaging chambers, guaranteeing a clear display of the processes, the textures of the seeds and oil in their different stages, as well as educational graphics that enrich the experience.
The technological integration carried out by Imandra combines the contents in a coordinated manner, from the video playback, 3D graphics, animations and real-time data that are synchronized with the guided tour.
For this they have been designed thematic modules (history, process, quality and sustainability) that adapt to the different routes of the visit and are incorporated interaction points so that the public can activate content through motion sensors and touch screens strategically located along its route.
Besides, the facility maintains a centralized brightness control, colorimetry and audio synchronization to achieve a homogeneous experience in all projected areas. To ensure operational continuity, there is maintenance and monitoring, con remote monitoring of Epson projectors and Imandra devices, thus ensuring system availability and performance.
The key components section of the project is supported by an integrated set of elements: High-brightness Epson projectors to adapt to areas with greater ambient light, resolution suitable for details (4K o WUXGA) and a good contrast ratio; projection areas that can range from smooth walls and rigid screens to mapping on painted industrial surfaces to emphasize textures and movements, and an audio system with speakers distributed to create surround sound in line with the narrative of the projections.
AV contents are added to this, which include educational videos about the history of the Oil Mill, the grinding process, oil extraction, product quality and sustainability; interactivity through motion sensors, touch screens or user consoles to activate content and custom routes, as well as the network and control infrastructure for content transmission by Imandra, device synchronization, backups and updates.
As far as the visitor is concerned, The thematic tour is presented as an immersive experience in which the projections enrich the guide's explanation and allow you to visualize concepts that are difficult to appreciate in person..
Sensory dynamics combine projection, sound and, optionally and controllably, thermal or mild-smelling air freshening to intensify the feeling of belonging to the oil value chain. This customization is achieved through interaction with Imandra, allowing each visitor chooses their route of interest (history, production technique, innovation and sustainability) and receive content adapted to your career.
Among the benefits and results, the tourist and educational attraction stands out., with the strengthening the cultural offer of Jaén and the promotion of high quality olive oil and a greater understanding of the production process thanks to the clear dissemination of techniques, quality control and sustainability criteria.
This innovation provides differential value, since it positions the Grupo Oleícola Jaén Oil Mill as a reference for immersive experience in industrial and cultural environments, in addition to contributing to its operational efficiency, As it is a scalable solution with the possibility of renewing content and expanding routes without the need for new infrastructure.
