Sony expands its range of large format displays with the new Bravia BZ-P series

Sixteen professional models, completely redesigned, make up the new range of Bravia BZ-P screens from Sony Europe, which can be seen for the first time in WHEREAS 2026, and combines hardware and software to deliver high image quality, visibility, performance and energy efficiency.

Sony Europe will present during his participation in WHEREAS 2026, of the 3 al 6 February in Barcelona, sixteen Bravia professional displays improved that configure the BZ-P series, composed of flagship models BZ40P, optimized options BZ35P and basic offers BZ30P.

With sizes ranging from 43” to 85” and with Deep Black Non-Glare technology, The 4K HDR Sony Bravia BZ-P range is suitable for a wide variety of uses in corporate spaces, higher education, retail and transportation. Thinner options deliver sharp images and exceptional visibility, even in bright environments.

With a newly updated design, a greater installation flexibility, a improved operability, with sustainability and a lower energy consumption, This new range incorporates a combination of powerful hardware and software capabilities.

The BZ-P series of Bravia professional displays will be available in the summer of 2026. On the whole, these expanded and improved models, including the new serie Crystal Led S (more details in Digital AV), offers users various options adapted to their needs and use cases.

Image quality and visibility

The Bravia BZ40P professional screens, BZ35P and BZ30P feature the innovative Sony AI XR signal processing to accurately represent images, text and details with realism and vividness, and offer a shine from among 400 y 700 cd/m².

The entire BZ-P series range features Deep Black Non-Glare technology, that offers a anti-glare premium of the 47% (which places in the 52% in the 85” model) or standard 25%, which, combined with a wide viewing angle, mitigates reflections and provides high contrast for a realistic image, even in bright spaces with direct light.

Installation Flexibility

The BZ-P series of displays have been carefully redesigned with installation and integration in mind. Thin and light, has a Universal chassis and narrow, uniform bezels, with an embedded logo for a portrait orientation impeccable and options video wall configuration.

Besides, New to the BZ-P series are the center Vesa mounting holes, that facilitate installation. The models of 75 and 85” also include handles on the chassis to facilitate transportation. Besides, when used with the Remote Device Manager (RDM) from Sony, display provisioning can be done quickly and at scale.

These Sony screens have been improved to ensure a greater operational efficiency and optimized compatibility for professional users. The range uses an architecture System on a Chip (SoC) which eliminates the need for an additional decoder for digital signage and features a new user interface and new configuration program.

Native integration between the new BZ series and Remote Management System solutions (RMS) from Sony (currently only available in the US. UU., Canada, Europe and Japan) offers users a control total about configuration, management, cloud-based monitoring and maintenance.

Sony also collaborates and carries out compatibility tests with leading CMS and RMS solution providers from around the world, which makes team integration even easier.

With dust resistance according to norma IP5X (only on BZ40P and BZ35P models), Sony BZ-P series adapts to the demands of use in transport environments, retail and industrial trade, as well as in warehouses. Along with the standard advanced replacement limited warranty of the company and the option of on-site technical assistance, offers full support and maintenance.

Energy efficiency

Sony BZ-P series offers substantial reduction in power consumption. He new high efficiency optical system of the screens and the AI backlight control, based on XR processor, provide energy consumption up to a 31% smaller than BZ-L series (compared to FW55BZ40L and FW55BZ40P).

Another important difference that contributes to energy efficiency on a global scale is the Energy Star and Epeat certifications (earring) of the models. These screens also increase the use of Sorplas, Sony's exclusive recycled plastic material, up to a maximum of 43% to reduce environmental impact and further align with the company's long-term sustainability goals.

• BZ40P – flagship model: four models with sizes ranging from 55 a 85”, with Deep Black Non-Glare Premium technology that offers a 47% anti-reflective and supports 700 brightness nits, in addition to dust resistance according to the IP5X standard. Composed of the FW-85BZ40P models, FW-75BZ40P, FW-65BZ40P y FW-55BZ40P.
• BZ35P – improved: six models with sizes between 43 and 85” that incorporate Deep Black Non-Glare Standard technology and offer 500 nits, as well as IP5X dust resistance. Composed of the FW-85BZ35P models, FW-75BZ35P, FW-65BZ35P, FW-55BZ35P, FW-50BZ35P y FW-43BZ35P.
• BZ30P – core: six models with sizes 43 to 85” inches that incorporate Deep Black Non-Glare Standard technology and offer 400 brightness nits. Composed of the FW-85BZ30P models, FW-75BZ30P, FW-65BZ30P, FW-55BZ30P, FW-50BZ30P y FW-43BZ30P.

The new BZ-P series complements Sony's current range of Bravia professional displays, among which the series stand out BZ53L 98”; BZ30J 32” inches and EZ20L.
