Eugenio Jimenez Carrasco (Samsung): “We don't just sell screens, What we offer is an integrated end-to-end solution”
Within the framework of Integrated Systems Europe (WHEREAS) 2026, Samsung presented a new generation of professional visualization solutions designed to respond to one of the current challenges of the sector: combine high visual impact with operational efficiency for business. Eugenio Jimenez Carrasco, Head of Enterprise Business Iberia en Samsung, explains in this video interview the manufacturer's main innovations in digital signage, large format screens and smart management software.
From the company stand, Jiménez Carrasco highlighted that Samsung's strategy is to offer complete solutions that integrate hardware, software and services for different business verticals: “This year we are presenting a lot of new features, among them the Spatial Display that you can see behind me in different sizes, which is called to break the retail market with a great innovation that is ad hoc generated 3D”.
One of the most notable novelties is the Samsung Spatial Signage de 85 inches, a screen that enters a immersive 3D experience designed for high-impact commercial environments. In addition to 3D solutions, Samsung showed new models of ePaper screens, designed for digital signage with a sustainable approach. These devices incorporate up to a 40% of recycled materials and have practically zero energy consumption in their daily operation, making them an efficient alternative for commercial environments that require static or infrequently updated signage.
The company also presented its new range of screens gran formato “Supersize”, among which stand out models of 115 inches and a new flagship 130 inches with Micro RGB technology, aimed at premium retail facilities, corporate or hospitality.
Beyond hardware, Samsung reinforced its commitment to the software con VXT, the platform that allows you to manage the entire ecosystem of the brand's professional screens. This system facilitates the remote management of fleets of displays, content management and the integration of different technologies from a single environment.
Among its new capabilities, the use of artificial intelligence to generate content stands out, allowing you to transform 2D images into videos or 3D pieces designed for digital signage.
Vertical solutions for hospitality and education
The manufacturer also showed specific solutions for different sectors. In the hotel field, their Hospitality TV They integrate functionalities such as Google Cast, making it easy for guests to play content from their own devices.
In education, Samsung presented new interactive screens that incorporate artificial intelligence tools capable of searching for content, generate tests or create educational activities in a single click, facilitating the work of teachers and the continuity of classes between different spaces.
On the whole, the proposal presented at ISE 2026 reflects Samsung's strategy in the professional market: evolve from the supply of screens to comprehensive digital visualization and management solutions that accompany companies throughout the entire product life cycle.
