FullSIX provides an innovative interactive experience to the Pull store&Bear in La Coruña
The digital marketing agency FullSIX has carried out the digitalization of the Pull store & Bear in the Plaza de Lugo in La Coruña with three digital signage devices that facilitate interaction with the brand and offer customers an emotional experience to enjoy before, during and after purchase.
Pull & Bear has a store 2.0 in the Lugo square in La Coruña where clients can experiment with the latest technological advances thanks to the three “retailtainment” actions that the agency FullSIX has implemented in the trade of the flag, belonging to Inditex.
From the outside, the interactive showcase draws attention with a projection that identifies and accompanies the movement of pedestrians., in which they themselves become the “player” of the videos in the collection and can, with your movements, alter the image you see.
Already inside, the consumer can use the Collective Catalog, an interactive installation where you can find recommended looks and garments available to share on Facebook and combine them, creating more sales opportunities for other complementary. The establishment also has Pull Your Look, a virtual fitting room with a photo set where customers can take a photo with the store's clothes and instantly ask their friends' opinions through social networks.
There are also touch screens through which you can access the main garments of the season, looks, styles and the possibility of checking the availability of items in the store, as well as in other stores or online; as well as a rest area to access the brand's websites.
This digital experience at the point of sale, which has been called Pull&Bear Interactive Store, has managed to provide added value to its clients with a digital experience that it has already exported to Mexico and Venezuela, and that will progressively extend to different points of sale in other countries.
