RMG Networks creates the largest digital signage platform after completing the acquisition of Symon Communications
The global digital signage market has in RMG Networks a world leader in end-to-end DooH installations after completing the acquisition of the intelligent visual communications provider Symon Communications.
The supplier of digital signage technology RMG Networks has announced that it has successfully completed the acquisition of Symon Communications, intelligent visual communications provider, after which it will move its headquarters from Texas to the Dallas metropolitan area (EE. UU.).
With this acquisition, RMG Networks Expands Digital Signage Media Offering to Include Complete End-to-End Solutions, from hardware and software, to professional services and digital advertising management, with the largest DooH digital media platform for enterprise customers.
Gregory H. Sachs, CEO of RMG Networks, has noted that “the acquisition of Symon creates a powerhouse in digital signage solutions, that add financial strengths and great technological capacity as a differential with any other company. “This is a fast-moving time for the digital signage industry and this combination positions us to lead increasing demand.”.

The company will move its headquarters (currently in Texas) to the Dallas metropolitan area and Symon's business will operate as a unit under the name RMG Business Solutions, led by the same executive team as before the acquisition.
