JVC VN-T IP cameras are compatible with Onvif protocols

With the approval of the Onvif Consortium and compatibility with the Profile S standard, JVC VN-T IP cameras ensure interoperability with security equipment from different manufacturers.

The VN-T series of IP cameras JVC Professional Europe have been approved by the Omvif Consortium (Open Network Video Interface Forum) and classified as devices compliant with Profile S of this standard.

Founded in 2008, Onvif is a global forum dedicated to facilitating the integration of network security devices using an open global standard.. Released at the beginning of 2012, the S profile (S Profile) makes it easier for users and designers of remote surveillance and security systems, managing interoperability functions between IP cameras, video management systems and other devices. Among your requirements, Profile S includes support for video streaming, audio and metadata, in addition to PTZ control and outputs for switching devices that include these features.

The JVC cameras that support Profile S Onvif are the fixed camera model VN-T16U, the VN-T216U compact dome and the VN-T216VPRU outdoor dome (IP66) which includes infrared.

All three models are megapixel cameras, with day capacity & evening, and incorporate a Lolux HD CMOS sensor of 1/2,7 inches that captures Full HD images (1080p), as well as multicodec and H.264 High Profile support.
