JVC's new alternative light source technology for D-ILA projectors is ideal in simulation environments, as it preserves the native contrast ratio and dynamic range of images, no restrictions on the position of the projector in the installation.

JVC Professional DLA-2400ZG

The manufacturer JVC Professional has presented its new projector DLA-2400ZG, incorporating an innovative alternative light source technology for simulation applications in projection systems, during the recent celebration of I/ITSEC 2013 in Orlando (United States).

The DLA-VS2400ZG, already available on the market, reproduces an image equivalent to 5,1 megapixels thanks to its original e-shift technology and a native contrast ratio of 18.000:1, with a brightness of 900 Ansi lumens.

This projector has two HDMI inputs and the possibility of remote control through RS-232C and LAN ports. Its unique input interface to 120 Hz implies a lower degree of requirements for input sources. The system features a 2X zoom optics with manual focus and scrolling, although it can be acquired without it.

JVC Professional's new alternative light source technology for projectors is an ideal solution for simulation environments, as it preserves the native contrast ratio and dynamic range of images, no restrictions on the position of the projector in the installation, while providing a longer operating life with less maintenance.

As John Havens emphasizes, Marketing Director of JVC Professional's Visual Systems Division, "We continue to explore new technologies to improve the projected image. Nuestros ingenieros están orientando los nuevos desarrollos a atender la creciente demanda de sistemas lumínicos alternativos para futuros proyectos que requieren un grado mayor de eficiencia lumínica, without sacrificing the quality of the images."
