JVC DLA-VS3000

At the Flight Simulator Engineering and Maintenance Conference (ESF), a sectoral competition held in the 17 to the 20 September in Irving (United States), JVC Visual Systems has unveiled the DLA-VS3000 projector. A team designed for the simulation market that works with state-of-the-art D-ILA devices, offers native 4K resolution and uses as a light source the 3rd generation of original BLU-Escent phosphor/laser from the manufacturer.

the 3 D-ILA devices of the DLA-VS3000 have native 4K resolution (4.096×2.160), work with depth of 10 bit and reach a native contrast ratio of 15.000:1, an essential aspect in simulation with nightly content. This solution provides a brightness level of 2.000 ANSI lumens and an estimated service life of 21.000 to 30.000 hours.

The projector operates with a 60/120Hz image refresh and features a digital smear reduction system with black frame insertion for a smooth moving image. Also includes two 1.2a DisplayPort interfaces.

JVC accompanies the launch of this model with several fixed optics and high MTF zoom for installation in spaces with very different shooting distances.

BLU-Escent technology represents a more environmentally friendly alternative to its predecessors based on conventional lamps and allows multiple orientation positions of the equipment.
The DLA-VS3000 integrates an automatic intensity/color system that maintains brightness and colorimetry settings over time, significantly reducing maintenance costs compared to older projection technologies.
