Robe Buys GDS' LiteWare Line of LED Lighting Solutions

GDS' LiteWare range of lighting equipment has been acquired by Robe who will showcase them at Prolight+Sound to be held on 12 al 15 March in Frankfurt.

The Czech company Robe Lighting has acquired the LiteWare range of LED lighting solutions from Global Design Solutions (GDS).

After this purchase, sales, marketing, Manufacturing and support of this line of luminaires will pass into the hands of Robe and will be available through the company's subsidiaries and its global network of distributors..

“We have wanted to enter the battery LED market for some time, so when we had the opportunity to acquire a brand like GDS, we have bought it. “This manufacturer has done a great job launching this range of products and we can develop it further and add global sales through our network.”, explains Josef Valchar, CEO of Robe.

The complete LiteWare range can now be seen at the Robe stand at the next Prolight+Sound to be held in 12 al 15 March in Frankfurt.
