New Philips Smart All-in-One touch screens with Android operating system

MMD, technology provider and licensing partner for the monitor brand Philips, has presented the new Smart All-In-One touch screens with Android operating system to improve the multimedia experience. Models S221C4AFD and S231C4AFD, in sizes 21,5 y 23”, respectively, offer easy use and high display quality for installation in public areas such as cafes, schools and hotel lobbies.

Smart All-In-One monitors feature a bright display screen in 16:9, with full HD support for an immersive experience, in both high definition playback and stereo sound.

Smart All -In-One gives users the best of both worlds: easy, integrated access to Android apps and the performance of a bright, much larger screen with Philips monitors from 21,5 y 23 inches".

Smart All-In -One monitors make the user experience easier and more interactive, even for people who don't usually use technological devices. No need to connect to a PC, since the screen includes all its functionalities within, which is very advantageous for its application in schools, lobbies, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, etc. who need quick and easy access to information.

Philips S221C4AFDThanks to touch technology, Smart All-In – One supports gestures like zooming, spin, slide and scroll, in addition to having large icons on the screen for better reading, especially useful for vision in large public places. Besides, The screen can be adjusted to a nearly horizontal position on the table or vertically for working at a desk.

As far as connectivity is concerned, Both models have USB ports 2.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g /n, and integrate webcam, microphone, 2 GB of main memory and 8 GB of internal storage that can be expanded via SD card.
