WHEREAS 2015: Smart Building Conference expands its celebration to three European cities

The cities of London, Berlin and Milan will host the Smart Building Conference, conference aimed at AV technology and systems integration, next fall, months before its traditional call in Amsterdam, within the framework of the international fair Integrated Systems Europe 2015.

Smart Building Conference (SBC), the event for the audiovisual technology and systems integration markets created by the associations InfoComm International and Cedia, has expanded its scope of celebration in the coming months to three more European cities: London, Berlin and Milan, which are added to the traditional event of this congress during the Integrated Systems Europe fair (WHEREAS) from Amsterdam, whose edition 2015 will take place from 10 al 12 February.

The expansion of the congress to these three European cities responds, as Mike Blackman explained, director de Integrated Systems Events, because “after the successful reception of the SBC events at the previous ISE fairs and in October 2013 in London, We believe it is time to make the Smart Building Conference brand known throughout Europe. Our strategy for the three fall events will be to offer local content tailored to the regional markets of each country. While, the next SBC celebration in Amsterdam, in February 2015, “It will serve as an international meeting point for the brand.”.

Specifically, this “local content” from the SBC for London events, Berlin and Milan that will take place in the coming months, It is being created and organized in close collaboration with local partners in each country, so that the proceedings of the conferences in these cities will be carried out in English, German and Italian, maintaining the program produced in Amsterdam at ISE 2015 only in english.

The production of the contents for the four events will be managed by Agata Pawlik, recently appointed conference director at Integrated Systems Events, who will have the collaboration and help of Elisabeth Kondakow, ISE sales director, e Atna Jacob, marketing and logistics manager. SMB organizers will keep journalist Bod Snyder as moderator of all events, editor-in-chief of Channel Media Europe publication.

Besides, the SMB of London and Berlin will also host two parallel events: one dedicated to applications in residential buildings and another to commercial buildings, with the option for those interested to have a full day of workshops at an additional cost, while in Milan it will take place the same week as the SIEC systems integrators fair.

• Berlin: Thursday, 6 November 2014, at the Mövenpick hotel.
• Milan: mars, 18 November 2014, at the nhow hotel.
• Amsterdam: Monday, 9 February 2015, at Amsterdam RAI.
