ACO Digital Signage is Imvinet's centralized system that provides dynamic content in real time to the digital screens that the Banco Exterior de Venezuela has installed to improve the relationship with its employees and clients.
With a wide network of branches distributed throughout Venezuela, Banco Exterior has decided to improve its communication and financial business with the installation of a network of digital signage screens to offer employees and clients dynamic and interactive content of the entity's services and products in real time., financial information, etc.
To tackle this project, Those responsible for Banco Exterior required a solution that would manage the content displayed on the screens through a central server, with continuous monitoring of the operation of the system and programming of information segmented into time ranges and audience profile, as well as low maintenance.
This digital signage and content management technology also had to offer scalability, with the objective of deploying the digital communication network in all the agencies that this entity has distributed throughout Venezuela in a second stage, without this investment being able to modify its business model, and count on the supplier “as a technological partner that offers its solutions as a long-term service and not as a purchase project”, according to those responsible.
In this process, Banco Exterior has selected the digital signage integrator Imvinet, digital signage integrator in Venezuela, which began the implementation of the ACO Digital Signage application in the corporate building, a centralized system that feeds digital screens with dynamic content, interactive and intelligent in real time, last August.
Imvinet is in charge of materializing the ideas and meeting the requirements of the bank's communication department to create audiovisual content and develop animations. Channel management is carried out jointly by the bank and Imvinet in order to maximize the effectiveness of the system.
As a complement to the digital communication channel, An intelligent piped music system has also been deployed, that interacts with digital screens when the content does not have audio, and that is silenced when they have sound.
In a second stage, The project includes the deployment of digital information screens in all branches that Banco Exterior has in Venezuela.
