Toshiba is committed to digital signage in retail with its TD-E professional screens
With the name of TD-E, Toshiba Europe has presented this new series of Full HD professional screens with backlit LED panels for digital signage, in formats of 40 y 50 inches.
Specially developed to offer a dynamic audiovisual communication system to any store, commercial surface or advertising support, the new TD-E series of digital signage screens from Toshiba Europe offer uninterrupted operation throughout the trading day.
The TD-E series, with a sober design in matte black, It consists of Full HD screens in formats 40 y 50 inches, with backlit LED panels (of 450 y 500 nits, respectively) that offer a viewing angle of 178º with anti-reflective coating to view the same image and with the same quality from any position. The company plans to expand this range with new models of 32 y 65 inches during the first quarter of 2015.
With a thin frame, The screens incorporate all the necessary connections for uninterrupted operation during the commercial day (sixteen hours a day, seven days a week) both in local configuration and connected to a remote central content management system.
These digital signage systems offer Full HD resolution (1.920×1.080 pixels) with high luminosity Led panels to provide high image quality and detail with the aim of capturing customers' attention by displaying more impactful promotional messages, attractive and direct.
TD-E series displays can be positioned horizontally and vertically, offering greater mounting flexibility in any store space, with reproduction of digital content in different formats.
As far as connectivity is concerned, The series incorporates an RS-232 port for remote control and management of the screen from a central location; HDMI, VGA , D-Sub, as well as an OPS slot (Open Pluggable Specification) based on Android located on the back to integrate smarter digital signage applications and simplify the installation complexity of any software solution using wireless technology, as well as its network integration and subsequent maintenance.
