Christie Acquires Allure Global Solutions to Boost Presence in DooH Vertical Markets
The audiovisual multinational has announced the acquisition of all assets, products and services from this Atlanta-based digital signage firm (USA), which from now on will function as Allure, a Christie company.
The digital signage provider, point of sale and services to improve customer experience Allure Global Solutions has become a company Christie, after its recent acquisition by the latter, which thus expands its presence not only in the retail sector, theaters, restaurants, convention centers and theme parks, but mainly in the film market.
This is what Craig Sholder has pointed out, executive vice president of business development and strategic planning at Christie after announcing the purchase of this company: “Christie and Allure have shared many clients, especially in the film market, and they have worked a lot together in the last decade. Taking into account the opportunities to offer an integrated and more complete digital out-of-home solution (DOOH) to different markets, the next step was obvious. We are delighted to combine customer participation, analysis and integration solutions from Allure with our range of products and services, primarily for Christie Experiential Networks (CEN)”.
In this line, Craig Chapin, CEO of Allure, has pointed out that “the synergies and opportunities that this union offers are broad and deep, both for our current clients and for both companies. As we continue to grow in vertical markets, our joint offering will provide new and interesting technological solutions not only for cinema., but also for theme parks, cultural centers, stadiums, restaurants, retail and many other clients”.
Among other advantages of this technological acquisition and integration, Chapin highlights “customer support resources from Christie's global professional services team and access to its Network Operations Center (NOC) to enhance and improve our proactive services to clients”.
This new member of the Christie family of companies intends to increase employment, to meet increased demand for your products and services. The news bodes well for Christie integrators, distributors and other channel partners, which could benefit from the transfer of opportunities in multi-faceted projects that Allure is the primary provider for.
Some of the benefits for customers are access to a greater range of additional digital media products; the increase in capacity, infrastructure, resources and market presence with Christie's experience and global expansion; greater strategic and tactical knowledge both internally and for the implementation of solutions in vertical environments; increasing supply chain capacity, services and support for clients, as well as a broader range of DooH solutions in different markets closely integrated with Christie Experiential Networks (CEN).
Among the latter are interactive video wall and digital screen configuration solutions., immersive projection systems, etc. with which consumers can respond and interact with brands.
