Meet Minneapolis is an organization that was created in 1987, public and private, which aims to promote the city internationally as a tourist and business center. And with this objective it has implemented a digital signage solution in its new offices.

The organization partnered with CenterPoint Energy to carry out this project at their headquarters located in the building located between Nicollet and 5th Streets., in front of the metro station. A busy area for visitors and travelers coming to downtown Minneapolis.

From the outside, passers-by can see the three screens of Daktronics that have been installed inside the premises that measure, approximately, one meter wide by three meters long, and are suspended from the ceiling.

“These new displays are located on one of the busiest corners in downtown Minneapolis and seek to impact, attract attention, of the passerby, informing them of everything that is done in our organization. “Daktronics technology is a powerful tool that allows us to promote our center and link it with our digital and social media strategies”, Amy Alegi explained, senior vicepresident of destination brand & strategy at Meet Minneapolis.

The new display supports provided by Daktronics offer opportunities to promote the main office services that focus on the store and the information center that provides help to move and transit through the city, as well as what are the most interesting areas to visit, to do, where to go or how to get to a certain place.

These Led screens have a spacing of 6 millimeters, which allows you to provide clear images with wide-angle visibility, making it easier for your contents to be seen clearly from the outside..
