Asia's largest business and leisure center uses PTZ technology to inform and guide visitors

At the Marina Bay Sands they have installed 29 information points equipped with landscape LCD touch screens of 40 inch and capacitive projected Zytronic technology.

Located in the heart of Singapore's central business district, Marina Bay Sands is located, a business center, leisure and entertainment that has large facilities for holding exhibitions and conventions and a hotel with 2.560 rooms. This center needed to implement 29 new interactive information points and commissioned the company Abuzz to implement them, who opted for PCT technology (Projected Capacitive Technology) of Zytronic for its realization.

The installed wayfinder solution includes Landmark's directory tool that helps customers find where they are and directs them to where they want to go.. This tool is managed by clients on Zytronic touch screens that present a landscape format of 40 inches and incorporate the ZXY110 touch controller.

This driver provides high performance and greater immunity against electrical noise in the environment., dynamically tuning to avoid degradation of emissions from nearby mobile phones and other electronic devices.

The creation of these terminals was carried out expressly for this project. The internal electronics, LCD screens and artificial marble covers were made locally in Singapore, the metalwork for the directories was manufactured in Christchurch (New Zealand) and Zytronic touch sensors from Newcastle (England).
