Samsung Virtual Shool Suitcase: an immersive learning model, multi-user and multidisciplinary

Developed in collaboration with the virtual reality software specialist inMediaStudio, Samsung Virtual School Suitcase solution offers an immersive learning educational model (inmersive learning) based on multi-user experience, with multidisciplinary virtual content and supervised by the teacher at all times.
For this, Each student uses Gear VR glasses from this manufacturer, with which they can observe, explore and interact with the items displayed; a WiFi access point; the virtual reality content application that is displayed on these devices, which also monitors the process and provides learning data in real time developed by inMediaStudio, as well as a Samsung tablet from which the teacher controls this “more immersive” learning., participatory and emotional”, Alonso assures.

Specifically, the company shows at SIMO Education 2016 a first prototype in which students immerse themselves in secondary school curricular content about the marine world.
