Crestron adds two new 4K AV signal switching and control devices to its DMPS3 line

Designed for use in meeting rooms and classrooms, The DMPS3-4K-300-C and DMPS3-4K-200-C units integrate a control system, switching matrix, video climber, microphone mixer, audio DSP, an amplifier and a DigitalMedia distribution center.

Crestron has unveiled its new generation of DigitalMedia Series presentation systems 3 4K60 integrated by models DMPS3-4K-300-C and DMPS3-4K-200-C, which have full HDCP support 2.2 and Subnet Control. The official presentation presentation was made during the last edition of WHEREAS 2017, which took place last week in Amsterdam.

Like the rest of the DMPS3 family devices, include IP-based Control System 3-Series solution to deliver high power and performance. Besides, Its configuration and management is done through the web, no programming required.

They combine DigitalMedia technology with a System Control system 3 IP-based series, 4K media switch 60, microphone mixer and audio DSP. All in one rack-mounted solution. DMPS3 Series Delivers High-Resolution Video Switching and Display with Zero Latency, including HDCP protected content 2.2.

The DMPS3-4K-300-C and DMPS3-4K-200-C feature scaled HDMI outputs to stream and display any source on any device.. In addition to the LAN port, They have a Control Subnet port, allowing the deployment of a separate DM network. This makes system updates and troubleshooting faster and requires only one IP address to connect the entire system to the LAN.. BYOD wireless presentation capability can be added by connecting Crestron AirMedia (AM-101) al puerto HDMI.

All models in the series integrate Crestron's .AV Framework technology that offers, among other functions, automatic switching; plug-and-play installation with Connect It junction boxes from this manufacturer; automatic screen activation/deactivation via CEC, and smart connectivity with the company's AirMedia presentation gateway for wireless BYOD capability.

DMPS3-4K-200-C and DMPS3-4K-300-C are designed to meet all audio distribution needs. Plus built-in DSP mixing and audio codec, provide separable audio routing, microphone mix 6 channels and an amplifier with selectable outputs for 4/8ohm and 70/100V preamplification.
