The Valencia Conference Center renews its AV equipment with Mark, Work Pro y ChamSys

The Valencia Conference Center, designed by the prestigious British architect Norman Foster and inaugurated in 1998, has renewed its audiovisual equipment with state-of-the-art equipment, what it means to be at the technological forefront in the events and conferences market.

This building has 15.581 square meters distributed in 3 auditoriums, 9 committee rooms and an exhibition hall 1.022 m².

The main auditorium of the building has a capacity for 1.481 people and the rest of the conference rooms have capacity for 468 y 250 personas, reaching a total capacity of 2.250 participants, connected simultaneously via an internal video and sound network. Apart from the committee rooms and the exhibition area, The building also has several multipurpose rooms, VIP and press rooms, parking service and 7.000 m² of garden.

The equipment has been renewed within a global proposal promoted by the Valencia City Council for the exercises 2016 y 2017, with an investment of 450.000 €. An ambitious project, that as already published Digital AV Magazine, has had as its objective the technological transformation of the building, providing all its facilities with advanced stage lighting equipment, security, air conditioning, sound and video, etc. in order to place it at the forefront for the celebration of large events and conferences of all kinds. Among the systems that have been implemented are the Mark, Work Pro y ChamSys, brands represented by the company Equipson.

Among the equipment chosen for the Conference Center, the Mark Multiprofile Zoom Led cutting spotlight stands out. 15-28, a cutout with a variable projection angle that incorporates a 200W LED lamp, with a COB type LED chip that provides a bright and homogeneous white light with a high color temperature.

Also, as a theater focus, The Mark Theater Zoom Led system has been used 15-55, an electronically variable theater spotlight that integrates into any installation and incorporates a 200W COB LED lamp and 3 canales DMX.

The COB Spot has been chosen as the Led projector. 100, a lighting effect that takes advantage of the inclusion of a COB type RGB LED to provide a very bright light output, chromatic richness and great power.

Regarding control, ChamSys MagicQ MQ40N, which is part of the new generation of light and compact MagicQ consoles specially designed for illuminators in constant motion.
