A solution that works with servers HP Enterprise and STB decoders Amino H150, responsible for delivering content to screens NEC professional level.
The screens were deployed in the VIP areas, bares, restaurants and points of sale of the F&B, giving AEG a direct communication channel with the public in all areas of the venue and a large network to distribute streaming.
The Tripleplay platform is also integrated with Schauff and iCast scoring software., allowing statistics and game times to be displayed on either screen, providing a single point for the venue team to manage the day of the event.
As a source of additional content, TripleSign Digital Signage by Tripleplay distributes the social media used by the Mercedes-Benz Arena, creating an instant platform for visitors, linking the mobile experience to the flat screen.
Low latency streaming
As part of the solution, Tripleplay's low-latency HD Encoder has been deployed at the Mercedes-Benz Arena allowing the transmission of live events and sports broadcasts from ‘ in-bowl’ to any screen or device on the digital signage network, with less than 300 end-to-end delay milliseconds.
By guaranteeing that low latency of live content, This makes visitors more inclined to leave their seats and visit food and beverage establishments or shops without missing any of the action taking place in the playing area..
To ensure that access to the system is controlled and fully complies with AEG policies, Tripleplay solution is integrated into the operator's Active Directory user access system and meets corporate security requirements.
This integration ensures that users of the Tripleplay platform are only presented with the areas of the system to which they have access, providing an additional level of security and control for the technical team on site.
Mercedes-Benz Arena has also implemented Tripleplay's STB customer control solution, TripleClient, on employee tablets and phones, to program the on and off of the screens and projectors in the rooms, alter the volume of the screen and allow ad-hoc control of each of them. In this way, a unique experience is achieved in each of the 200 installed screens.
