Acer expands its line of laser projectors for large spaces and educational environments

HDBaseT y control LAN

The PL6610 model supports HDBaseT input, a standard that uses a single cable to send and receive audio and video, Ethernet, controls and power. This eliminates clutter, simplifies installation and reduces infrastructure spending. The signal can be transmitted over a single LAN cable up to one hundred meters.

PL and SL series projectors are compatible with the Crestron network system to centrally control many projectors with one computer, which is useful for actions such as turning off all projectors in different classrooms at the same time.
