Bose Professional improves the sound experience for Juventus FC fans
The sound infrastructure of the Allianz Stadium has been renewed with a solution that is based on ArenaMatch DeltaQ speakers and integrates PowerMatch amplifiers, a ControlSpace EX digital signal processor and Modeler software. All this on a Dante audio network.
He Allianz Stadium, also known as Juventus Stadium, is located in Turin (Italia) and is the home of Juventus Football Club. Rebuilt and opened in September 2011, It is located in the same location as the Stadio delle Alpi stadium.
With a capacity of more than 41.500 spectators, Allianz Stadium is the first Italian football venue to extend beyond typical architectural barriers. It is also one of the four Italian stadiums (together with the Olympic in Rome, the Giuseppe Meazza in Milan and the Olympic Grande Torino in Turin) in the Category list 4 from UEFA, which is the highest technical level that a stadium can reach.
When Allianz Stadium wanted to improve its sound experience, They selected the technology Bose Professional y, more specifically, ArenaMatch DeltaQ speakers, delivering full-range sound for crystal-clear speech intelligibility and music playback.
“The club's goal was to offer fans a truly unique experience: amplify visual effects with premium sound. ArenaMatch DeltaQ audio solution elevates the entire football experience by delivering powerful, consistent sound, combined with crystalline intelligibility in the voices”, afirma Hans Vereecken, Bose Professional Sales Manager EMEA.
With the new audio infrastructure, vocal intelligibility has been improved, in addition to adding greater dimension to lighting shows, music and special effects. The result guarantees that, in every game, The spectator will get the best sound experience regardless of the seat he or she occupies in the stands..
“We understand the power that sound has to motivate and inspire people. And we know that the Bose solution delivers the audio quality you, year after year, players and fans await”, declara Akira Mochimaru, general manager of Bose Professional.
Bose's solution is based on the ArenaMatch DeltaQ system speakers, PowerMatch amplifiers and a ControlSpace EX digital signal processor. Y, all of it, works on a Dante audio network.
DeltaQ technology and Bose Modeler software made it possible to precisely define the speaker structure and the number of clusters needed to ensure the best acoustic coverage and uniform full-range sound.
To ensure system redundancy and a seamless experience no matter what happens, all processors feature local DSP backup on the Dante network with an automatic analog backup feature.
Each PowerMatch amplifier operates four ArenaMatch modules included in four different clusters of the audio system, ensuring that audio loss is never experienced.
“The Allianz Stadium is an entertainment center that operates throughout the year, committed to offering a memorable experience beyond a simple football game,” declares Francesco Gianello, Stadium manager at Allianz Stadium. “Like a world class stadium, we needed a system capable of providing high and consistent performance, for both vocal intelligibility and audio entertainment. We get that with Bose”.
ArenaMatch speaker arrays were installed by systems integrator Spectra; DSP programming (Digital Signal Proccessor) of the audio solution was designed and implemented by Image of Sound; and systems control and monitoring Pibie.
