Basic-Fit expands the reach of its Virtual Fitness Experience initiative with Scala

Designed and developed by First Impression, The system uses Scala software to centralize playlists from five countries in a single environment.
Basic-Fit wanted to implement its virtual fitness experience, as well as digital signs at each location. Since each club has a different layout and floor plan, the entire setup had to fit any physical environment and maintain a consistent look and feel.

To respond to all challenges, First Impression designed a complete solution that integrates an LED video wall, a powerful sound system and a colorful LED lighting set. with this team, any room is transformed into an immersive fitness experience. Scala manages and distributes all virtual lessons, including audio and lighting control system scripts (DMX).
Additional screens in portrait mode, with an average of eight 55 inches per club, They are strategically located to maximize the visibility of people exercising at the club.
These screens show automatically updated schedules for live and virtual lessons, the weather, promotions and news. For the convenience and planning of club members, A timer is also displayed for the next available lesson.
The most of 2.300 Scala media players were integrated with multi-language support and metadata to allow current messages and content updates with external circumstances such as weather. Media players can be updated at once, by country, by region or individually.
The flexibility and stability of Scala software supported all of the client's requirements while providing an easy-to-manage digital signage network..
In an attempt to save energy and reduce costs, Scala software made it possible for each Virtual Fitness Experience location to have operation times to ensure the system was active during the club's designated open hours.
First Impression created a smart back-end system where the client can schedule live and virtual lessons. The scripts allow the Virtual Fitness Experience system, custom screens, external website and mobile app automatically update lesson schedule.
