AtlasIED Atmosphere simplifies the installation and use of digital audio systems
The new platform is designed to enable contactless control. It is ideal for use in restaurants, bares, hotels, school grounds, places of worship and retail establishments.
The manufacturer AtlasIED has developed a platform that makes configuration easy, installation and operation of traditional digital audio systems, but with modularity, scalability, versatility and quality performance needed to meet the needs of a wide range of applications.
The new Atmosphere platform, that distributes RMS ProAudio, It is ideal for use in restaurants, bares, hotels, school grounds, places of worship, retail establishments. It comprises a set of products that take advantage of a large number of technologies.
Designed to allow the use of contactless control, automation and artificial intelligence, the combination of digital audio processors, amplifiers, graphical user interfaces, Atmosphere programming and controls software sets a new operational and performance standard for digital audio systems.
Platform components have been designed to work together, reducing training time and installation complications, configuration and programming for AV integrators, in addition to improving the learning curve for end users.
Atmosphere allows each authorized user to manage the system from their mobile device, regardless of the operating system used.
Atmosphere digital audio processor controls load automatically when a user's mobile device scans the DSP's QR code. According to the parameters initially programmed into the system by the AV integrator, This QR code grants access to certain features. For example, allows an administrator to modify the scheduling of outgoing messages, while staff are only allowed to adjust the volume level.
This approach to contactless control is leveraged by Atmosphere's ambient noise compensation technology.. Algorithms are incorporated into each DSP that allow it to continuously learn and adapt to changes in the environment.. Through data collected and transmitted by an environmental noise sensor, the DSP can recognize patterns and act, For example, to turn up the volume at a bar during happy hour to compensate for high ambient noise levels.
Unlike systems that rely on external microphones to monitor the environment, Atmosphere uses artificial intelligence to analyze and respond to the predictable behaviors of its users, as consistent commands issued from a volume controller, as well as data sent from an ambient noise sensor to the DSP.
Audio level is not the only setting that automatically adjusts. Elements loaded into the DSP as WAV files can be sent according to a priority-based schedule or when triggered by an input device such as a volume/source/zone selector.
This level of automation allows AV integrators a digital audio solution that can be customized for high operability., efficiency and performance.
Another layer of customization is the Filter, which simplifies adjusting the sound for a specific area, with an easy-to-use function that helps balance bass and treble.
Interoperable components
The products that currently make up the Atmosphere digital audio platform include two varieties of digital processors (AZM4 by 6 tickets and 4 outputs and AZM8 10 tickets and 8 Departures); of amplifiers (AZA404 de 400 watts and AZA804 800 watts); six different accessories “plug-and-play”, including wall mounted audio controllers (single and multi-zone options); and remote audio inputs (RCA sources, Bluetooth y XLR); and an ambient noise sensor.
Until 16 Accessories can be daisy-chained to the AZM4 and AZM8. Besides, The entire Atmosphere line has been designed to integrate with AtlasIED speakers.
Integrators can use the EQ files preloaded on an Atmosphere DSP to easily tune speakers for the specific application and environment.
