Erum Group, an international group of companies specialized in offering global solutions dedicated to thermoplastic injection and environmental management, has launched a collaborative model to respond to new efficiency needs at its headquarters in Alcoy.

The Erum Group decided to undertake a change in the existing collaboration and videoconferencing systems to improve and achieve greater versatility in both internal and external communications..

Hence the planning of the new equipment for the Europe room and management office in Alcoy and in the training room in Morocco., thus allowing fluid communication between both headquarters.

Soft Controls and Crambo have been in charge of the supply, installation and commissioning of high-end interactive screens Smart, with which to make wireless presentations; audio conference Nureva and video conferencing AVer.

Integration of equipment in the management room, respecting aesthetics, It was one of the great challenges when installing all the solutions designed for this project..

For this it was chosen, among other equipment, a Smart MX275 interactive whiteboard, the VB342+ all-in-one video conferencing system and microphone with extension cable 20 AVer meters, apart from other integrative elements that have made the installation possible.

Regarding the Europa room, The best option was to use the Nureva HDL-300 Dual audio conferencing system with Microphone Mist technology, since with a single cable you could capture the sound of a living room. 70 multipurpose square meters.

Besides, It was possible to change the arrangement of the furniture at any time according to needs., given the lack of cables and microphones in the room. Also, We opted for a Smart MX286 interactive screen equipped with Learning Suite and Notebook software from the same manufacturer. In videoconferencing, the 4K AVer CAM540 option was chosen.

The result obtained was harmony between all the elements, achieving the effect desired by the client: a perfect integration between technology and environment.

Finally, The Morocco room required special conditions, since it was essential to be able to establish reliable and fluid communication between the production factory in that country and the Management in Alcoy. Hence, it was decided to install a Smart MX286 interactive whiteboard., a CAM540 4K video conferencing camera as well as a Nureva HDL-300 Dual audio conferencing system with Microphone Mist technology.

After this image change, respecting the aesthetics of the Erum Group and under the philosophy of Soft Controls, a clean installation was achieved, without visible cables and aimed at facilitating the end user experience.
