Aragón Logistics Platform trusts HubTech to digitize its meeting room

To transform the room, a screen has been installed. 86 inches and a system, fully integrated, video and audio conferencing.

Aragón Logistics Platform (Plaza) It had a large council room that lacked audiovisual technology. The company relied on HubTech to carry out the audiovisual transformation of the room, adapted to your needs and giving it a touch of personality.

Their objective was to develop a room that was more dynamic and easier to project the content. Since it is a large room, a monitor was installed 86 inch large format and a complete video and audio conferencing system to achieve a dynamic environment for all attendees and those who cannot attend in person.

The aim was to ensure that all those who wish to organize meetings feel comfortable in the space., energizing meetings through this audiovisual solution.

For this project HubTech focused on the most suitable and fully integrated solution for the transformation of the room.

The final result has been the installation of a large format monitor of 86 inches that presides over the room covered by a personalized paneling with the company logo. Besides, of a fully integrated video and audio conferencing system, as well as the installation and training of the supplied equipment. A solution that allows you to preserve an environment with a corporate design.
