Crestron and Microsoft create collaborative workspace for Blue Foundry Bank

As a standardized office in Microsoft Teams, Crestron's ability to integrate and support the software made the Flex Digital Workplace platform the best choice.

They have adopted the scheduling system, structuring the use of meeting rooms and streamlining the management of these spaces. For the health and safety of employees, Wave sensors were also installed to eliminate touch points when employees move around the office.

Blue Foundry Bank worked with Kinly to integrate every piece of Crestron technology, boosting office operation and performance for employees.

New office space features many custom finishes and amenities, like a wellness room, lounges with fireplaces and a cafeteria that serves as a space for teams to connect.

in the cafeteria, Twelve large screens show sports matches and news programs, in addition to the corporate brand and advertising content. Company posters are also displayed to recognize work anniversaries, significant events, etc.

Technology is an avenue for Blue Foundry Bank to expand its products and services to meet the needs of its employees, clients and communities beyond the administrative headquarters. With the success of the recent Crestron implementation, Blue Foundry is exploring the possibility of bringing similar experiences to its branches.
