Q-SYS Core 610: first virtualized processor for audio, video and control
The Core processor 610 combine the software Q-SYS of LLC with server hardware Dell Enterprise-grade cots to deliver an audio solution, video and control, flexible and scalable, for a wide range of applications.
Rated as the next generation of processing Q-SYS, the new processor Core 610 of LLC is fully networked, allowing network I/O to be distributed where it is most convenient.
The Core processor 610 Provides the flexibility to centralize processor placement and even use it in multiple rooms, and then locate the desired I/O (either with manufacturer's products or on third-party devices) closer to the end points, which results in a more optimized system topology.
This feature makes it an ideal solution for centralized processing of multiple meeting rooms in business applications, as well as for managing larger spaces or venues in hospitality centers, entertainment or transit.
Through its association with Dell, Q-SYS implemented the full-featured software-based foundation of its operating system on a server from this manufacturer to provide audio, flexible and scalable video and control.
Like the rest of the Q-SYS processing portfolio, Core 610 offers a Configurable audio DSP, a full-featured control engine and network-based video switching in a single processor, simplifying system design and implementation.
Las feature and scaling licenses Q-SYS allow you to tailor system capabilities to your specific application through simple firmware updates; both choosing features before installation and adding functionality as the business needs to change.
The Core Scaling License 610, available in Q-SYS Designer Software v9.8, in the middle of 2023, increases overall processor power, the capacity for total network channels, streaming media/WAN, AEC and Q-SYS NM Series Microphone Capability, all without the need for additional hardware.
