Panasonic Connect opens a new European service center in Budapest
With an expanded range of services, this new center in Hungary Panasonic Connect complements the one already established in Cardiff (Gales) to offer faster and more efficient support.
The newly opened center of Budapest, of 1.000 m2to help manufacturing companies, logistics and supply chain, retail trade, public sector, entertainment and media with a range of products, technological solutions and services.
Both centers -in Cardiff y now in Budapest– They now operate as one team to offer customers a range of repair options and service support to the divisions of Panasonic Connect Europe, including that of broadcast y ProAV and that of Visual Solutions.
Donald Maidment, Panasonic Connect Europe Customer Service Director, ensures that “the company has built its reputation by providing high-quality products and solutions for its client base in the B2B sector.. “The incorporation of this service and repair center in Budapest allows us to be even closer to them and offer increasingly faster and more efficient levels of assistance.”.
The Budapest location was chosen because of the large pool of technical talent being developed at Hungary's regional universities., as well as for the commitment and customer orientation of its workers.
Besides, Its proximity to markets and good connections with the main transporters allow fast and efficient logistics for the express collection and return of all repairs.
