PSNI announces new Strategic Account Specialist certification
SAS accreditation ensures that your certified solution providers meet the criteria of PSNI regarding pre-installation and implementation practices and future growth strategy.
PSNI Global Alliance, the global network of technology integrators and service providers, has introduced a new cStrategic Account Specialist Certification (SAS).
This is the third accreditation developed by The Alliance and ensures that its certified solution providers (CSP) meet PSNI criteria for pre-installation practices, including customer relationships and engagement, implementation practices and future growth strategy.
Chris Miller, CEO of PSNI Global Alliance, explains the importance that this new certification will have for clients. “The SAS program is a business transformation model that focuses on teaching CSP account managers the critical skills that utilize the common value enablers provided by being part of The Alliance.. In a world where everything is rapidly commoditized, The differentiating factor is how you relate to customers and connect with their real needs”.

To date, 10 PSNI-certified solution providers around the world have officially earned Strategic Account Specialist Certification, applying their knowledge to clients around the world.
Kulip Kamat, director general de All Wave AV, comments on the benefits that the new certification brings to PSNI CSPs: “The certification will be useful for clients who have a global footprint, as they are migrating or thinking about solutions and integrators that have a global footprint and roadmap, as well as those who are very strategic about the way they operate”.
This certification provides a very long-term vision, that allows companies to think more strategically and profitably about the business of integration.
