Martin Audio announces ultra-compact THS enclosures

For installations where high sound levels are required, the new speakers Martin Audio They are designed to work in bi-amplified mode.

Able to provide a Maximum SPL from up to 135 peak dB recintos THS, the latest product announced by Martin Audio, It is a very powerful point source speaker, combining high output capability with extended frequency response.

It is part of the extensive TH series and is ideal for use in medium-sized DJ club applications and installations that seek very high sound levels., provided by a compact, self-contained speaker system.

Incorporating three transducers high technology in a trapezoidal fence relatively small, Its innovative tri-axial configuration provides very high output for its size and gives it a great advantage over comparable two-way systems in terms of midrange and treble performance.. Associating it with the Martin Audio SX compact subwoofer, brand that distributes Audio-Technica, to expand bass response, creates a dynamic four-way configuration and very compact size.

To ensure the most effective use of the number of amplifiers, THS is designed to work in bi-amplified mode, since it has an internal passive network that performs the mid/high crossover function.

The THS triaxial transducer is a state-of-the-art device that offers very notable features. The LF section includes a LF transducer of 15 inches, reflex charging, which has a 4” coil, waterproof cone and structure with neodymium magnet.

A 4” annular radiator for the mids and another 2.5” annular radiator for the treble, both equipped with high temperature polymer diaphragms, have been arranged coaxially on the rear of the LF transducer and integrated into a quarter-inch outlet. This passes through the magnetic structure of the LF driver to an 85" horn.×50 degrees. The horn itself is rotatable by the user, with a large mouth to maintain control of the pattern through the media.

The solid, durable enclosure is constructed of birch plywood and finished with a durable textured paint.. Features multiple threaded attachment points for a variety of mounting options, both vertical and horizontal, including mounting with eyebolt, yugo, mast and truss.

Two handles offer great help for installation and transportation, while its steel grate, with triple layer polyester back, Protects speakers and prevents dust and water from entering.
