Vari-Lite VL3600 LT: long-range luminaire for touring and performing arts

This is the new model of the VL3600 series of Vari-Lite for remote lighting. A device that offers an optimized long-range optical system and a zoom range of 3 a 42°.

Vari-Lite has announced the luminaria VL3600 LT Profile IP, a long range version of the VL3600 series model. Offers the same color mix, effects and rating for outdoor weather conditions than its predecessor, but with superior output in extremely narrow zoom ranges.

“The VL3600 Profile IP luminaire is becoming an industry standard on tours, television events and theater productions”, explains Martin Palmer, director of marketing and product management Vari-Lite at Signify. “Designers love output, the colors and feature set of the luminaire, but want an option for longer range applications. That's why, we designed the VL3600 LT for remote lighting, with an optimized long-range optical system and a zoom range of 3° to 42°”.

The luminary of 1000 W offers a set of features that fit the VL3600 profile, which includes the source, optics and color mixing system, as well as the exclusive VL*FX animation wheel, the system of V*Track calibration patent pending, IP65 outdoor climate rating and more. This ensures that the luminaires can be used together without problems in a production.
