After entering the commercial audio market last year with the offering of Sonos Pro, Sonos has debuted in the hardware market with Era 100 Pro, the company's first solution designed specifically for professional installation.

With an elegant design, This speaker uses Power over Ethernet (optimized for PoE +) for a wired connection and offers enhanced security features in your installation. surface mounting (Era 100 Pro Surface Mount) sold separately and custom designed to offer versatility and flexibility for a wide variety of layouts and uses.

The support Era 100 Pro Surface Mount Features 30° pan/tilt and 360° rotation ranges, allowing installation in any orientation. Installers can achieve precisely repeatable angles thanks to its indexed ball joint, achieving quick deployment when mounting multiple speakers and ensuring that speakers do not droop over time.

Able to attach to virtually any surface, The stand can also accommodate wiring and features a locking base plate to prevent theft.

Sonos has also announced Zones, a new software feature that makes it easy and customizable to connect and control multiple speakers in larger spaces; plus a new Search API that strengthens compatibility with third-party control systems.

Via existing control API, Sonos music can be synced with lights, shadows and other elements to offer a more immersive experience. These scenes can be applied to all interfaces of a compatible control system, expanding Sonos music streaming capabilities.

Era 100 Pro has been specifically designed to offer a complete end-to-end solution for professional installation. With a single cable that supplies both power and data, eliminates the cost and complexities of having to install an AC network to each speaker, allowing for more unique configurations in multiple locations.

It is optimized for PoE + but can also be used with standard PoE. With Power over Ethernet, Wired networks can be used to improve reliability, speed and performance, while allowing integration into an existing network configuration.

Era 100 Pro has a built-in threaded insert and optional eyebolt that provides a secondary security attachment point, helping the speaker resist seismic events and prevent accidental damage. Hook receptacle increases stability when combined with surface mounting in non-vertical orientations.

Taking advantage of the same acoustic architecture as Era 100, Era 100 Pro provides high quality sound and high low frequency performance, unique within the PoE speaker category.

With two silk-angle high-frequency transducers 16 mm and one low frequency carbon-filled polypropylene 90,8 x 111,9 mm, Speaker delivers rich sound through wide 240° horizontal dispersion, providing extensive coverage from a compact profile.
