Sennheiser Integrates with Cisco to Deliver Enhanced Collaboration Experiences

With the new solution, Sennheiser provides an additional design option and greater connectivity to include your TCC M audible quality ceiling microphone in a wide variety of meeting rooms and teaching spaces.

Sennheiser has announced its integration with devices Cisco which synchronizes the mute status between your systems and TeamConnect Ceiling Medium (TCC M). By leveraging IP control, This update builds on the existing audio over AES67 integration and eliminates the need for additional hardware.

New integration synchronizes Sennheiser TCC M ceiling microphone with mute status of Cisco devices, without the need for a dedicated control processor, leading to an efficient installation process. Removing unnecessary hardware not only reduces implementation costs, but also reduces potential points of failure, resulting in a more reliable system. If the video device cannot update the Sennheiser mute status, a warning will be displayed on the screen.

The TCC M is designed for permanent installation in medium-sized meeting rooms. With this solution, Sennheiser provides an additional design option and greater connectivity to include its audible quality ceiling microphone in a wide variety of meeting rooms and teaching spaces. TCC M offers features such as TruVoicelift, Intelligent Noise Control and Exclusion and Priority Zones.
