Avixa will offer at ISE 2025 the largest training program in its history

With more than 250 hours of content and multiple activities, the association Avixa is prepared to receive professionals from the audiovisual integration industry who attend the Barcelona event.

As one of the organizing entities of WHEREAS, Avixa (Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association), has organized for the imminent edition 2025, of the 4 al 7 from February to Barcelona Gran Via Fair), an extensive education and outreach program, which includes conferences, a new edition of its congress in Spanish, the live production of the contest and interactive sessions.

Seminar program

During the four days of the contest, Avixa will present a complete seminar program, which includes AV Broadcast Summit, Control Room Summit, Digital Signage Summit, Education Technology Summit, Smart Building Summit y Smart Workplace Summit.

Besides, The association has organized a program of educational topics to delve into five of the main trends driving the industry: artificial intelligence, audio, cybersecurity, retail and sustainability.

Avixa Congress in Spanish

For the first time at ISE, the successful concept of Avixa Congress in Spanish The event will have an intense program from Tuesday to Thursday, of 15:00h a 18:00h in the room CC5.3 from the fairgrounds.

This free conference will offer twelve sessions that will address a variety of topics., like artificial intelligence, AVoIP, extended reality (XR), Immersive technologies and sustainability in the audiovisual world.

Congress sessions

• The producer Mauricio Van Hasseelt, of the company Pixomondo, Oscar winner, Emmy y Bafta, will share his experience in creating digital universes created with virtual production tools.
• The Colombian Juan Motture, of Smart Environments, will offer a practical guide for, from the audio design of a space, ensure that all listeners hear at the same sound pressure level.
• Juliana Rabello y Marc Catala, from the international brand design agency A lot, They will talk about the new way of approaching brand creation using audiovisual language at a strategic level.
• The transformation of museums into interactive multidisciplinary spaces will be addressed in a talk by three specialists related to the world of audiovisual creativity and art: Marc Colomines, from the creative studio Become Studio; Jose Vaaliña, from the multimedia art studio Eyesberg, y Enrique Vives, founder and director of The White Rabbit – The Off Museum.

Avixa TV Studio

The television platform of this association will broadcast live on ISE from the so-called Avixa TV Studio (pavilion 8 – stand A880) and will offer practical demonstrations and discussion tables, while putting the most advanced technology into use to integrate broadcast quality content in corporate environments.

Avixa TV Studio will have the Voyager solution from Ross Video, that will add augmented reality elements to the broadcast, along with a virtual green screen scenario equipped with the Voyager Trackless technology.

The set will have the support of a control room XPression, a video server Tria Express Duet and routing and switcher platform Ultrix Carbonite. Besides, graphics will be created by the team Rocket Surgery, also from Ross Video.

Besides, the space will have a video wall Barco TruePix, in configuration 6×6, at the presenters table, and another in configuration 4×4 of the model Led XT from this manufacturer, located in the podcast area. The visual effects of these screens will occur with the system XPression Card the Ross video.

Regarding the audio, equipment will be used on the set Shure, from the microphones SM7B even the headphones TwinPlex for live streaming and podcast area, where daily programs will be recorded. For your part, Forecast Consoles will provide the tables for the podcast areas and the production team.

Visitors who come to the Avixa TV Studio will have the opportunity to participate in interactive workshops, watch the live stream production, listen to interviews with subject matter experts and participate in short sessions on topics such as remote production, live recordings of podcasts, etc.

The Avixa TV channel will broadcast its programming from ISE 2025 since monday 3 to friday 7 February. The live broadcast of this varied programming will be available on its website, as well as in LinkedIn y YouTube.

Avixa Xchange Live

Located in pavilion 3, estand R150, Avixa Xchange Live returns to ISE as a multipurpose stage, with four days of interactive sessions in which we will talk about artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital signage, certification, wellness and much more.

In the session Sustainable AV: how sustainability triples your tech bottom line, Attendees will hear from suppliers who use sustainability strategies to create value in their companies by favoring people, to the planet and its business areas.

The panelists of the session Using AV to drive wellness in the workplace They will discuss how to create a healthy work environment, in which productivity and well-being are balanced in equal parts with the help of audiovisual tools.

The experts Florian Krueger, CEO of Uninstall, Shaun Reardon, senior cybersecurity consultant DNV AS, y Graeme Scott, global training director Harman, will present the panel discussion Cybersecurity in AV – 5 things you should know.

In the session The Invisible crafts of creative technology panelists will discuss the complexities of digital work, examining why work done with computers tends to be devalued, as well as the various skills required to successfully deliver cutting-edge visual spectacles and how best to market and price this expertise.
