ReveLux acquires Ross Video D3 LED display business
After performing, in September 2021, the acquisition of the Californian manufacturer of Led screens and processing systems, content management and playback, D3, Ross Video has decided to sell the brand to ReveLux.

The agreement covers the acquisition by ReveLux Group of the technology portfolio D3 Led the Ross video, including D3 product patents and other intellectual property (IP), as well as the service team, which will now operate as D3 Led under the umbrella of ReveLux Group.
As part of this strategic transition, Existing D3 customers will continue to receive 24/7 support.
Besides, Ross Video and ReveLux Group have announced their intention to collaborate to shape opportunities to integrate broadcast and display technologies across all types of verticals.. In this sense, Meric Adriansen, former VP of Led at Ross Video and one of the founders of D3, will join ReveLux Group as CTO to lead R&D efforts.
