PPDS gets a makeover with Philips Wave at ISE 2025

In the contest held this week in Barcelona, PPDS has announced that its remote device management ecosystem has been updated and will be renamed Philips Wave. An announcement being made at the Philips booth in WHEREAS 2025 (3P500).

PPDS is taking advantage of his attendance at WHEREAS 2025 in Barcelona to communicate that its evolving cloud-based content and management ecosystem PPDS Wave, has been officially updated and rebranded as Philips Wave.

As the company explains “more than a simple name change, strategic brand renewal brings greater recognition to the Philips brand, while introducing a wave of new content and management features and benefits, including a new ISO 27001 certification”.

This initiative comes two years after Wave, developed internally by the PPDS team, will debut at ISE 2022, allowing customers to harness the full power, versatility and intelligence of its Philips professional screens with Android operating system and, at the same time, drive a more sustainable business.

Wave improvements

In the last two years, the development team, directed by Siddarth Gopal, global director of software solutions, has continually updated and improved the Wave ecosystem, implemented to meet changing market needs, including retail, business and education.
