Located in the heart of the Jehol Biota - a region known for housing some of the most important fossil finds of the 20th century -, Chaoyang paleontological museum has reopened as a window to Earth's remote past, after more than seven months of reforms, launching a completely renewed experience that combines fossil heritage with cutting-edge visual technology.

In the large entrance hall, four DWU880-GS laser projectors recreate the ancient world of the Jehol Biota in a spectacular curved screen of 22 meters long. Suspended from the ceiling, the projectors surround the visitor from the first moment, marking the beginning of a journey through deep time.
One of the most notable spaces is the experience zone with waterfall projection, where images of water flow across large format screens and floors. Walking through space, Visitors activate visual effects of digital splashes and foliage movement, an illusion created through a sensitive interaction system and perfectly synchronized projections thanks to four strategically placed Christie DWU880-GS.
Later, in the interactive zone Magic Brush, visitors become digital artists. In the Cretaceous dinosaur projection area, six DWU880-GS recreate panoramic scenes of these animals in motion, displaying realistic behaviors in lush prehistoric landscapes. Next to this is the projection area on translucent gauze., where games of light and shadow on floating screens generate an ethereal atmosphere, as if the past materialized before the eyes of visitors. Finally, the experience Glowing Dragon Walk allows visitors to walk alongside animated prehistoric creatures in a large floor projection, carried out with five DWU880-GS. Visual effects react to visitors' movement, reinforcing the feeling of immersion in each step.
