Unicol brackets support video wall installations at UK bingo halls

The integrator Willow Communications has installed Spirit dvLED video wall mounts from Unicol for configurations made with panels from the XIM ranges, XIH y RNM of Hisense, at locations operated by Mecca Bingo, Buzz Bingo, Club3000 y Deluxe Bingo.

Unicol Engineering has supported a major installation of videowalls Led in different bingo rooms from the UK. The project, by the audiovisual integrator Willow Communications, had Spirit dvLED supports for the rooms operated by Mecca Bingo, Buzz Bingo, Club3000 and Deluxe Bingo in locations such as Leeds, Northampton, Sheffield, Ipswich, Broadstairs y Wakefield.

The facilities have a wide variety of configurations, from compact 2,560 screens×1.440 mm up to large installations of 12,000×2.000 mm.

With configurations ranging from arrays of 4×3 panels up to arrays of 24×4 panels, they all used the ranges XI, XIH and RNM of Hisense dvLED panels.

He Unicol Spirit dvLED video wall support was essential to respond to the needs of the different venues. The built-in adjustment capabilities of the mounting system, what they offer 20 mm of both horizontal and vertical movement thanks to its wall anchoring support design, allowed installers to work with different wall types and overcome on-site challenges, ensuring panel alignment.

They used more than 410.000 40 meters of aluminum extrusion×40 of Unicol in all facilities. This extensive use of materials demonstrates both the scope of implementation and the confidence placed in this manufacturer's mounting solutions for large-scale commercial installations..

Pearson highlights how mounting solutions helped overcome typical installation challenges. “Several aspects had to be considered, like the different types of wall, tight spaces and making sure all the LED panels were perfectly aligned. Unicol supports allowed us to overcome these problems. They gave us the necessary flexibility and facilitated the process on site”.

The Spirit mounting system has proven it can handle it all, from compact displays to huge video walls, making it a good option for installations that require flexibility and reliability.
