Sony y NoviSign

As part of their long-standing technological collaboration, Sony y NoviSign have taken a step forward to make digital signage smarter, sustainable and easy to deploy at scale with Aitrios and Zero Touch Provisioning.

Sony y NoviSign have expanded the iintegration between Bravia professional screens and the Aitrios platform of the first with the content management system (CMS) from the second to Simplify the creation and management of dynamic digital signage networks intended for any corporate environment, retail or educational.

Based on more than a decade of collaboration, This enhanced evolution combines Sony's intelligent edge computing hardware and technology with NoviSign's cloud-based software., allowing for simplicity, plug and play reliability and scalability.

NoviSign is compatible with Android-based devices since version 4, which makes your CMS natively compatible with Sony Bravia screens with this technology. This long-lasting synergy has allowed clients from various sectors manage content fluidly and without the need for external players.

The collaboration so far has been successfully materialized in projects such as the University of Florida (more details in Digital AV), where Sony Bravia professional displays combine with NoviSign CMS to deliver visually engaging and sustainable digital signage across campus. Thanks to the remote management capabilities, This solution has not only reduced on-site maintenance, but has contributed to energy savings and waste reduction.

The new phase of the collaboration introduces the full support for Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP), a key innovation that allows the Automatic configuration and deployment of large fleets of Sony Bravia professional displays.

Con ZTP, IT administrators and system integrators can configure the display remotely, install the NoviSign CMS and have them ready to go right out of the box. The screen will show a QR code upon startup, whose scan will complete the installation.

This automation Dramatically speeds up deployment times, reduces operating costs and minimizes transportation waste and packaging, thus aligning with the sustainability objectives of the companies.

“Our collaboration with NoviSign continues to evolve in a way that offers measurable benefits for customers,” says Thorsten Prsybyl, European Retail Sales Director, Sony Professional Displays & Solutions Europe-. By combining the processing power and energy efficiency of the Bravia platform with its robust CMS and zero-touch provisioning, We offer a truly optimized approach to digital signage, that saves time, resources and energy throughout the life cycle of each implementation”.

In parallel, NoviSign is also integrating Sony's Aitrios platform, that allows the Advanced AI processing directly within the sensor system, allowing this company to expand its digital signage offering beyond traditional reproduction, introducing features like audience analysis, real-time engagement insights and contextual adjustment of content.

How do you explain Gil Matzliah, NoviSign CEO, “The incorporation of Aitrios to our collaboration opens a new chapter. Now we combine Sony's cutting-edge display technology and artificial intelligence with our flexible CMS, what it offers our clients not only digital signage, but also intelligent communication systems that can dynamically adapt to their environment. This is a great opportunity to make digital interaction more meaningful and more efficient”.

NoviSign currently works with more than 250 systems integrators all over the world, including more than a dozen long-term partners in Japan and an established presence in Europe, United States and Latin America. These networks will play a fundamental role in expanding the joint offer, especially as demand for sustainable and smart digital signage.

Sony Bravia professional displays and Aitrios platform deliver exceptional image quality, processing intelligence and energy efficiency to digital signage. Together with NoviSign software, We offer a solution that makes network management faster, greener and smarter, whether five screens or five thousand are implemented”, concludes Matzliah.
