Powered by Logitech, Connected Classroom will celebrate its second edition in WHEREAS 2026, with practical and interactive areas, sessions with sector experts and demonstrations of real cases that promote the education sector globally.

After its good reception at the last celebration of WHEREAS, Connected Classroom, the connected classroom, returns in the edition 2026, driven again by Logitech, with a renewed focus on the next generation of educational technologies.

Through practical areas, sessions with experts y demonstrations based on real cases, attendees will be able to explore the impact of AI, el gaming, virtual and augmented reality, as well as collaboration tools.

This andimmersive space 120 m², located in the pavilion 2 of Barcelona Gran Vía Fair, will have four interactive zones designed to respond to different educational needs. Besides, a significant portion of the technology presented will once again be donated to programs that drive digital access globally.

The idea arose from a conversation between Jason Whitcomb, founder of Kinetic Culture, and the product marketing expert, Jeff Boggess. Later, the ISE organization, in collaboration with Logitech, made the concept a reality within the framework of the event.

“Connected Classroom started as an informal chat with Mike Blackman and a shared conviction that the audiovisual community could leave a positive and lasting mark in Barcelona and beyond. From that conversation something much bigger than a simple exhibition space at ISE was born.: became a bridge between innovation in the sector and classrooms around the world”, explica Whitcomb.

An ISE 2026, Connected Classroom will showcase how integrated audiovisual technologies and collaboration solutions bring direct benefits to both teachers and students. From facilitating the teaching of classes and enabling a fluid hybrid teaching until promoting a active and social learning, The space highlights the role of technology in improving participation and accessibility in all types of educational environments.

Visitors will be able to learn first-hand about solutions such as Logitech Rally Camera Streamline Kit y Reach, for video-based learning; Seagull, for the creation of content by students, y MX Ink for immersive experiences in augmented and virtual reality environments. With collaborative furniture, interactive displays and streaming tools, Connected Classroom offers a clear vision of how technology can contribute to more dynamic learning, inclusive and effective.

As main sponsor for the second year, Logitech sees the project as both an innovation platform and an opportunity to better understand evolving educational needs..

A lasting legacy

In addition to focusing on emerging innovations in EdTech (technologies applied to education), Connected Classroom reflects ISE's continued commitment to social responsibility. A significant part of the technology on display will be donated to the International Telecommunication Union (OUT) and to Giga project of Unicef, whose objective is connect all classrooms in the world to the Internet.

After ISE 2025, More than thirty Logitech devices used in Connected Classroom were donated to Giga's Connectivity Center, contributing to different actors in the educational sector advancing in their digital transformation processes.

Mike Blackman, general director of Integrated Systems Events, states: “Connected Classroom is much more than a sample of what technology can offer; is also a commitment to generating a positive impact. Through donation to the Giga program, We help boys and girls around the world have access to the necessary tools to learn, grow and develop. This legacy is an essential part of what ISE represents”.
