The version 7 of the Modulo Kinetic media server solution will feature the participation of Moson at the Barcelona fair, where he will carry out an immersive and interactive projection at his stand.
WHEREAS 2026, of the 3 al 6 from February to Barcelona Gran Vía Fair, is the scenario chosen by Form Pi to discover the capabilities included in the version 7 from your media server Modulo Kinetic (pavilion 5 – stand F220).
Professionals will be able to check out the new functions of this platform, that will be officially presented at the contest, through a immersive and interactive projection in your space, like the 3D model integration for a wide range of projectors and lenses aimed at projection studios.
Other features of Modulo Kinetic 7 are one more flexible user interface and intuitive to optimize multi-screen configurations; a module of 3D self-calibration of projectors; the Isaac web platform support, and new tools dedicated to interactivity.
The immersive and interactive projection that Modulo Pi will install in its stand combines 2D and 3D LiDAR sensors, which will allow visitors interact in real time with the projected content through gestures and movements. The entire experience is supported by the native capabilities of Modulo Kinetic, including its 3D engine, Integrated effects library and nodal programming system.
In addition to the tools of warping integrated into their media servers for projection mapping applications, Modulo Pi has developed self-calibration modules that allow the automatic projector alignment.
Available as option and based on PoE cameras, The system is capable of automatically calculating and adjusting overlaps between projectors and geometric distortions in a matter of minutes
Besides, the company will present the 2D self-calibration module, compatible with both Modulo Player and Modulo Kinetic 7 (that incorporates a 3D self-calibration compatible with all types of surfaces), configured in a dome-type installation.
