Capgemini expands its strategic alliance with McDonald's Corporation for five years to promote modern and scalable platforms for customer and employee experiences, in line with the fast food company's Acceleratingthe Arches strategy.

As he explained in his update for investors of 2023, McDonald's aims to achieve 250 million active users of its loyalty program in a period of 90 days and to achieve 45.000 million dollars in annual system sales to loyalty members by the end of 2027, while connecting thousands of restaurants to cloud-based capabilities.

For more than a decade, Capgemini has worked closely with McDonald's to support its digital transformation process. The next five years will focus on the next phase of that journey, with the aim of drive revenue growth y generate even more value for McDonald's business by modernizing restaurants, the advancement of the consumer-oriented technology, accelerating time to market and adopting more cost-efficient models, all powered by artificial intelligence.

Through this agreement, Capgemini will continue to provide engineering services, Deployment and support for select customer-facing digital channels and restaurant technologies across McDonald's global system.

Improve customer and employee experience
