Its management application is currently in fifteen languages and allows supervision from any device connected via IP.
To get an idea of the volume of data handled by Camera Manager, It is enough to note that the video data would be equivalent to 8,3 millions of iTunes songs per day.
One of the aspects that stands out in Camera Manager is that it is a 100% cloud solution (no software is installed on a computer), It is completely open in terms of API and intelligent (not only manages and collects video but processes it from an intelligent point of view).
Masaki Arizona, managing director Panasonic System Communications Company Europe, has highlighted that “he 72% of Panasonic's business globally proceeded in 2012 del B2B, starting from a scheme of total solutions that includes hardware, software, services and added value to customers. Our goal is to offer more extensive services, efficient and fast to our clients. We have demonstrated that we are willing to offer complete solutions even if they involve third-party products, as long as it means your total satisfaction in each project”.
On the other hand, Arizono has pointed out that “starting from a policy of total connectivity with customers, All Panasonic products are designed and developed with the same technological IP core. Besides, all of them are prepared for the cloud and smart connectivity era. In this aspect, The purchase of Camera Manager will open doors to new business from our clients”.
After purchasing Camera Manager, Panasonic's strategy at the European level in the security environment will now be based on three pillars: solutions for alarm and fire, IP CCVE and cloud services. In this last aspect, the purchase of Camera Manager will be key. This operation will mean combining Panasonic's advanced technology with the flexibility provided by a very young development team like Camera Manager... And, all of it, starting from the principle of maximum simplicity for the user with a system that is truly plug and play.
