Audi has created in Copenhagen (Denmark) the 'Audi Spheres' project, a futuristic experimental installation that sought to communicate to consumers the objectives that the automobile brand has set for the future, adapting new technologies to the manufacturing of their cars. As stated in the magazine Informa BTL, la instalación se llevó a cabo enfrente del edificio del Parlamento danés en la capital del país nórdico y permitía a la gente experimentar a través de la tecnología mediante vídeo de realidad aumentada, giant video walls and 3 large interconnected spherical interactive screens that functioned as a modern exhibition hall.

Las tres esferas ofrecían a los visitantes tres salas que representaban las prioridades futuras de la firma alemana: lightweight design, electric cars and ecology, and in them people could get closer to the brand's philosophy and understand what their strategies are to perfect their product.. This installation represents an extension of Audi's concept of a new digital showroom, which led the automaker to open 20 interactive exhibition halls in the coming years, and is a vision of the role technology can play in the showrooms of the future.

To carry out this project, Audi has worked with the assembly agency Schmidhuber, interactive design specialists collision, the digital design agency Pufferfish and the audiovisual technology agency Creative Technology.
