Canon reveals at ECR 2014 its latest developments in image technology applied to digital radiography
The CXDI-401C wireless flat detector panel and the DelftDI range have been the main novelties that Canon has presented at the European Congress of Radiology held in Vienna.
Canon showed its latest digital radiography and imaging technology solutions at the European Congress of Radiology (ECR), the largest radiology event in Europe that has taken place in Vienna between the 7 and the 10 March.
The European Congress of Radiology was the occasion for Canon to present the CXDI-401C wireless flat panel detector in Europe, which stands out for its large image area and facilitates the capture of various parts of the body and physical constitution of the patients.
The CXDI-401C is Canon's first digital radiography system to operate wirelessly and in a large format. A team that completes the range together with the CXDI-701C and CXDI-801C models.
Canon wireless digital radiography products improve patient experience by enabling medical professionals to complete consultations faster, thanks to fast preview on all devices in the range. The devices are also equipped with CXDI NE control software that reduces the number of steps required to capture an X-ray image..

Among the outstanding products that were present at ECR 2014, figuran: Adora RF for fluoroscopy, Xsense DR, Triathlon Dr and Trauma Dr, as well as various mobile applications, field and pediatric.

- Document sharing solutions (XDS), Designed to improve administrative and clinical workflows, allowing patient records to be shared internally and across organizations.
