Designed to operate in outdoor spaces that require the highest level of fidelity in the playback of notices and/or music, JBL All Weather's line of acoustic boxes is made up of 4 compact models, a low-frequency system and 10 designed for security applications.

JBL All Weather

The All Weather series of acoustic boxes (Aw) of JBL Professional, whose brand markets Earpro, has been designed to work outdoors, offering high-quality sound. These equipments combine durable construction with transducers and components that offer high intelligibility vocal and/or musical reproduction and a wide listening area.

An optimal option for outdoor applications that require the highest level of fidelity in the playback of notices and/or music.

The All Weather line consists of 14 models including 4 compact equipment (AWC): the AWC82, AWC129 and AWC159. They are acoustic boxes all range of two coaxial pathways, who have woofers of 8, 12 and 15 Inch, respectively, and compression engine.

This series also features the AWC15LF low-frequency model with woofer 15 inches that has been designed to provide bass reinforcement in those applications that require it.

the 10 remaining models correspond to 5 references of which an improved additional version has been released, for security applications. These AW-LS versions (life safety) EN54 certified, which guarantees its operation in extreme conditions, such as fires or extraordinary situations.

the 5 original references are the AW266, AW295, AW526, AW566 and AW595. The AW266 and AW295 have woofer 12 inches and compression engine, and differ in their coverage pattern. In the first case, it's 60×60 degrees and in the second of 90×50 Degrees. The AW526 models, AW566 and AW595 also feature 15-degree woofer″ and compression engine, but its coverages are 120×60, 60×60 and 90×50 Degrees, respectively.

The characteristics common to these 10 models are a multilayer housing of a glassy compound and stainless steel grille of gauge 14, reinforced with open cell foam. These features ensure protection, even in the most aggressive environments.

In addition, the components are specially treated for the weather and the contact terminals are located in a special compartment, protected by a cover and prepared for cables to enter by cable glands to prevent water from entering. All of them have IP56 protection and can operate in both low impedance and 70 or 100V.

The AW series models are supplied with a robust U-shaped hardware for mounting on surfaces and even at angles of 90 grades and are available with grey or black finish.
