HP trusts Eikonos with the AV production of the presentation of its LaserJet printers

The manufacturer entrusted the AV presentation of its three new professional LaserJet printers, that provide greater protection against malicious attacks on PCs and peripherals, to the Eikonos specialist, who equipped a room at the Catalonia Conference Center with projection systems from Christie.

The specialist in audiovisual events, services and equipment rental Eikonos has been responsible for holding the live presentation event for the manufacturer's new professional LaserJet printers HP, which recently took place in a room at the Catalonia Conference Center (Palau de Congressos de Catalunya).

The room was audiovisually equipped for the live event with three relationship screens 16:9 of two different sizes: one of 12×6,77 metros, located in the middle of two of 6×3,39 metros.

The main screen was projected with the latest Eikonos acquisition: the projector Christie Boxer 4K, of 30.000 lumens, to view videos and the television signal. The Roadster system was used on the side screens, of 20.000 HD lumens from the same manufacturer, in which videos and the Power Point presentation of the speakers of the event also appeared.

The event was also recorded live with two Panasonic HD cameras. All elements were coordinated with the Christie Spyder X20 processor so that attendees could follow the presentation live, which was successfully received by organizers and attendees both for the advice on the choice of equipment and for the management of the audiovisual assembly.
